Super well located in the middle of the old town. The staff was really friendly and helpful and let me store my luggage there the whole day. They offer different tours, pickup service at the airport and the hotel has a massage Spa as well.

The staff were really good at helping with everything, both onward transport, we got help with, among other things, a bus ticket onward from Hanoi. They were also helpful with experiences in and around the city. Really friendly and welcoming :)) It was very well located and within walking distance of almost everything.

A compact hotel located in the city centre within walking distance of attractions and cafes and restaurants to choose from. Fabulous, helpful, unobtrusive staff. If there are any problems they resolve them very quickly.

The staff, Danny, Tham, Tom, and everybody were all so nice and welcoming. They were able to answer our queries and could feel that they are really willing to help out with all of our requests.

Absolutely amazing hotel, clean spacious rooms, amazing cleaning service. Staff were very friendly, always greeting me with a smile, holding doors open, asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The service was exceptional. The hotel is in a very good location, in the Centre of Hanoi, with all attractions in walking distance. I was so impressed that I wanted to extend my stay by another few nights, however there were no more rooms available as the hotel is clearly popular due to it being so amazing! Thank you to all of the staff for making me feel so welcome during my stay :)
