It's only a 3 min drive into town. The owners walked us through and gave us a tour. We had our children with us on our trip and the owners reached out in advance and asked if the kids would like to share a queen bed or if they would prefer their own single bed each. Prior to arrival I was contacted by the owners to determine what bedding configuration we required which was very helpful. The apartments were easy to locate on the edge of the Hamner Village, in a quite area with good off-street parking. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, and shown to our apartment. We were all very impressed by the condition of the compartment (spacious, well-laid out and spotlessly clean). The 'extra touches' such as providing beach towels in the event we wished to go to the local Hot Springs was very welcomed, as was the recommendations on where to eat. Whilst the apartments are on the edge of the village, we had our own car so that wasn't an issue as there is ample free parking in the village.
