PRO: The best is the hotel staff, who were very helpful and answered our every question. Location, could not be better for easy beach, restaurant and town access, all are extremely walkable. You can see and hear the ocean, and the sunsets from the upper balcony are great. CON's: Stairs in the apartment are steep to get to the bedroom and the bathroom is downstairs. Need screens on upstairs door and window. A toaster would be a nice addition. An extra fan would be nice just so that it wouldn't have to be carried upstairs to the bedroom.
