"Nice, clean and very comfortable facility that is centrally located on the Main Street. All staff are very nice and friendly, and they serve wonderful breakfast in mornings. The breakfast tables are labeled with guests’ names and with very fresh and healthy food. I really appreciate their special effort to help delivering my forgotten laptop from my room to the airport. This just tell you how responsible and helpful they are as hosts in this family run hotel. I would highly recommended to anybody who visit Easter Island to stay here! "

"I had such an amazing time during my stay. Such a beautiful property! And the staff were great! And not to mention, some of the Moai statues are about a 10 minute walk from the hotel! There are also quite a few really nice restaurants nearby. The hotel also makes a great breakfast too! I highly recommend this wonderful place!"

"This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel, a family run business that makes you feel like a member of the family. The staff went out of their way to include us in events and give us personalized tours and very reasonable prices. Mike and Jonathan both were fantastic people to have around. They both spoke English for us because they knew I couldn’t understand Spanish. If you are going to Rapa Nui you need to book here. Felt like I left the island with new friends and a second home."

"We stayed in the cabins which are very roomy and comfortable. The restaurant is good and its view of the ocean is great. They have a traditional show twice a week and that’s easy and fun to attend. WiFi is only in the lobby and it’s ok. The staff is nice but they were always busy so not always that helpful. Overall it’s a good place and very convenient to walking to restaurants and shops and the harbor. "

"It was very comfortable to stay at this resort in Rapa Nui. The rooms are comfortable and quirky, but the real value is in the amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will help you with all of your arrangements from rental car to excursions. The breakfast was included in our booking and was a great variety, including custom omelets. You need to have your expectations in the right place. This is an extremely isolated island -- one of the most remote places in the world -- so obtaining building supplies and such is a challenge, so most places are behind on maintenance when compared to other locations around the globe. Just accept this as part of the experience or this is not the right destination for you."

"One thing I really liked about this place was it’s literally walking distance from the airport, about two blocks away. The transfer company had my flight wrong so didn’t show up, and I really wanted to get to the hotel to use the pool, so I walked, and it was fine. They actually let me into my room early, which was very kind, and let me check out late because I was coming back from a beach excursion and wanted to have a shower. Good breakfast, nice, big room, clean, and lovely pool! My friend had wanted lunch one day but apparently you have to give 24 hours notice as they are only equipped for breakfast. That is the only thing that might be a downside because it is a bit of a walk (10 min) to another restaurant, and about 20 minute walk to town. It was an amazing experience, Easter island is a fantastic place."
