Fully renovated in 2022. On-site at ski mountain Jiminy Peak A-frame townhouse with 4 stories of fun for the whole family! 3 bedrooms (1 king sized bed/1 queen/1 full sized/3 twin beds), 2 bathrooms with a bonus room. Every bedroom has a tv, Full deck with a grill.
-onsite property at the ski mountain. walk to 3 onsite full service restaurants, access to multiple pools and hot tubs, gym and sauna. Walk to ski in the winter and walk to mountain bike and adventure park during the summer.
-Near all attractions in the Berkshires. 10-20 min ride to Williamstown, North Adams, Mt Greylock. 30 min ride to Lennox and Great Barrington.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Garbage has to be driven either garbage disposal sites in the country village. It’s a small wooded shed. One on the way to the Country Inn. On your right before you reach row 1. Another on row 8.
All garbage has to be in garbage bags tied. Deposited into bins inside of the shed. Lock the shed door when leaving.
Garbage service is not available. All garbage must be taken by the renter to the garbage shed.
