Stay just one block from the ocean in this spacious and centrally located retreat, right in the heart of city centre Hampton Beach. You'll be steps away from the boardwalk, with easy access to sandy beaches, charming shops, scenic parks, delicious restaurants, and exciting local entertainment.



The Space:

This large, inviting home features:

• 9 beds

• 4.5 bathrooms (including one private en suite)

• 3 full kitchens – ideal for group meals

• 2 cosy three-season sun porches – perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation



Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-family holiday, or a group getaway, The Fleet comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Across the whole home there are 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 3 full-size beds and 2 twin beds. WHAT WE PROVIDE



🛏 Linens & Towels

• Full sheet set and comforter for every bed

• 1 bath towel and 1 flannel per guest

• 1 beach towel per guest

• 3 hand towels



🍳 Kitchen

• Essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils for preparing your favourite meals

• Drip coffee maker with filters — medium-roast ground coffee provided



🏖 Beach Gear

• Beach towel for each guest

• Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach wagon

• Sand toys for the little ones



🧳 PLEASE PLAN TO BRING

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Coffee creamer and sugar

• Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied



📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house. There are 3 units in this house that all meet at the entry.



The Area:

The Fleet is located on a dead end quiet street. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd which is the main boardwalk for city centre Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street from us.



Getting Around:

The Fleet has three parking spots. The three spots are directly across the street from the house along the white fence. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT!! If you bring larger vehicles you may not have room to fit all three. The boardwalk and additional car parks (paid) are within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

We have another large home right down the road on the opposite side of Hampton Beach called "The Saltwater Shoal" which sleeps 20 if you need something bigger!



We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your trip is affected by unforeseen weather or other covered circumstances.
