It is not a fancy place, but it was comfortable and clean. It was close enough to everything Hampton beach has to offer as long as you don’t mind walking. Its a small studio but its right across the street from the quieter north end of the beach, but still easily walkable to plenty of stores & restaurants. Its also right on the main ocean road that takes you on a beautiful drive up north along the coast. The host was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions I asked and overall the place has everything you need. The only things it doesn’t have are linens for the two beds, towels, or any real plates/bowls/utensils, so we had to bring all that stuff.
