Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. We were fortunate to have exceptional weather, but in the fall we weren’t sure what to expect and had it rained this would have made us much more frustrated. Also traveling in October most of the stores and eating options on the main strip in Hampton beach are closed so something to be aware of. The listing doesn’t really mention that anywhere.
