- Oceanside home with spectacular views in the desirable Great Boar’s Head neighborhood. Peaceful setting away from the chaos of the Hampton Beach boardwalk. Sun all day in this south facing 4 bedroom, 2 bath year round home with open floor plan. Panoramic, unobstructed views of Hampton Beach all the way to Cape Ann from the comfortable covered shady porch or the sunny lawn. Watch the fireworks from the best seats in town! From high up on Great Boar’s Head, take a short walk down the hill to either North Beach or head south to the main beach. This beautiful, tastefully decorated classic beach house features 4 bedrooms (two oceanside) and two full baths, each with a shower, no bathtub. Maximum occupancy is 8 in four bedrooms - one queen, two with double beds and one bedroom with two twins. Fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. First floor laundry room. Nicely appointed with WiFi, HDTV, beach chairs, umbrella, linens and gas grill. Ample off street parking. Owner occupied in the off season.
