Complete with AC, a washing machine, iron, heating, and WiFi, this awesome property ensures a comfortable stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our bungalow. This property is close to the Hampton Beach, 10 minutes from the Collesium, close to so many stores and it’s so peaceful and quiet, I lived in this property for over a year.

We found the home great, found that it needs a few more amenities, one would be a toaster. The hall bathroom door did not latch but worked it out. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you AJ

This property was ok but with some major improvements it would be worth it! The remotes to the televisions did not work, grass wasn’t cut, porch & house could stand a power wash, ceiling fan was loose in the master bathroom, windows were dirty, dining room chairs are trash and the floors are damaged and not on a strong foundation. To top it off the host called me a few days before checking in asking me to cancel due to previous guest issues and after upsetting me he decided that everything would be fine. Once there I couldn’t check in because the battery died on the key pad. My family was terribly disappointed as we had to call back and forth to the host and wait for a manager to come out. I asked for a late check out and was given an extra hour! Oh, and thank goodness that I brought extra toilet paper because there was no extra! I would not book here again!

Very clean but a little bit under furnished. No toaster, limited supplies that are listed included .The couch is very uncomfortable and the kitchen table only seats 4 and a little shaky.plus the manager was out of town on a weekend that we booked

The property is located in a residential area close to interstates and shopping. AJ was quick to respond to request. The A/C would not stay at the set point. Every 2 hours, even throughout the night, it had to be reset. Not comfortable for sleeping. I wish the grass was mowed before we arrived as it was quite long.
