It was fantastic to be outside of the chaos of the Hampton Beach area but close enough to access it as wanted. We enjoyed viewing the egrets in the marsh adjacent to the property in the morning and evening. Rye beach and Ordinare state park were easily accessed by car. We would definitely stay again.
