The space
The Camellia is a thoughtfully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home designed for comfortable coastal living. Located in Hampstead, just a short drive from Topsail Island and Surf City, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the coast. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living spaces make gathering easy, while three comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy a private backyard, screened-in porch, fire pit, grill, beach supplies, and in-home washer/dryer. The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to The Camellia, including the entire home, kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, screened-in porch and private backyard. There is free parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway or garage.

Check-in begins at 4 PM. You'll receive a unique keypad code and arrival instructions before your stay. Two physical keys are also available inside if preferred.

Other things to note
The Camellia is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.

A car is recommended for exploring Hampstead, Topsail Island and Wilmington. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out before booking if you'd like to bring one. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and gatherings or events exceeding the maximum guest count require prior approval.
