We loved the little extras such as coffee, cotton buds, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The views are out of this world. Communication with host was excellent. We cannot wait to return "

"When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again."

"The listing made it sound like the two units had the option to be interconnecting, but they are not. They are side by side but you cannot access the other unit without leaving the main apartment main entrance. We also had the issue of being contacted at lunchtime on check in day to say that the second apartment was not available and had to use another apartment a couple units way, thankfully on the same level though. Luckily this didnt create too much on an issue."
