"The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed it a lot. Just a few comments. There were used towels hanging in the upstairs main bedroom door. The water heater didn't work until late night where we had to contact support. There were black ants on the kitchen counter. Generally the house was a bit dusty and the outside furniture had cob webs."

"The staff was helpful and friendly and so was the cleaning staff. Good location to downtown and restaurants. The breakfast area was a bit unorganized especially the microwave which was below the refrigerator. For the price it was good."

"The hotel is very old and has had an upgrade. The views of the lake are beautiful. The hotel is outside of Watkins Glen on the highway. Sadly our television did not work when we arrived and could not be fixed. We were given the option of changing rooms and then found out the room had not been serviced. We were in a suite with a kitchen but no implements, glassware, crockery etc at all in the kitchen and no tissues."

"Beautiful views, unfortunately stayed Monday and Tuesday evenings when their restaurant was closed, as are most in the area."
