It has one king bedroom and one Queen bedroom, each containing their own smart TV, closets, dressers and USB-compatible bedside lambs for all your devices. All the kitchen appliances are new stainless steel and there is a new washer and dryer in the designated laundry closet. The kitchen steps out onto a stamped concrete patio and a large terraced back lawn with your own firepit to take in the starry nights. The living room is large enough for your entire party and includes a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The newly updated bathroom is centrally located within the unit and has a custom-tiled shower. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the building, just several feet from state route 414 known as the Seneca Lake wine trail. Being on the wine trail affords you easy access to all the local wineries, breweries and restaurants in addition to easy commutes to Watkins Glen, Ithaca, the Finger Lakes National forest and Seneca Lake.
