I'd like to start off with the positive. The room was clean that's a plus and the bed was comfy. Nice outside area, and restaurant. Now the negative, parking is super horrible. I was never told that I'd be charged $60 a day for valet parking. Before checking in I called the day before to see if I could check in early I was told over the phone by staff after he checked with his staff that I was good to check in early without having to pay extra. The hotel does have a cheap hotel smell. I stayed two nights with no room service. No one changed the trashed, clean the room, we had to request new towels.
