Clean room good facilities. Staff was not kind. Not all staff but front desk when I checked in. Next day other staff on the front desk was very nice.

Chateau Elan
Beautiful resort, we enjoyed our stay. It is clean, elegant, and safe. Definitely worth a visit. The only complaint was no complimentary coffee station like we find at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Coffee maker in the room, but that doesn't do it for me.

The pool unfortunately the pollen was overwhelming. Even though the owners did everything possible to keep it clean..nature was just too overwhelming!
