We were there for a wedding on the property and it was so convenient. Our villa was perfect and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked great. Would definitely stay there again.

What we needed

Location was safe and property was clean. For us, it was in a great location, but if you're not golfing, it might be out of the way from amenities. Property has unconventional check in, but called me ahead of time to coordinate.

There was trash still in our room from previous guests. The toilet was so shaky every time you sat on it, thought it was going to fall over. This really is a niche property where I'd only stay here for an event because everything is so far away from it. Events are also very loud from the villas if you're not attending the event.

The bathroom light was out and the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. The floors in the bathroom were dirty. It appeared that the floors were not properly clean in a long time. Dried urine behind the toilet! For the price I expected much more.

Disappointing Stay Golf Club Villa

The outside & inside conditions of the property were not anything like the photos online. The exterior property is not well-maintained & the interior furnishings need to be updated(new mattress is needed). The room's carpet was dirty, the bathroom floor had hair and dirt and the shower curtain was stained with mildew. The mini refrigerator barely cooled our beverages & it too was dirty. Also, not the most warm or informative arrival/check in process.

I wish it were pissible to give even higher ratings, especially on communication! I made my reservation about 4 hours before my stay due to weather caused travel route changes. The reservation manager was outstanding and the facility is awesome!

Friendly neighborhood. This establishment is right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The main office was still dealing with damage from the hurricane, however, they met us with our room key and offered us a cell number for communication to meet our needs.
