"Facilities were clean and the room had what we needed. Doors could be insulated better to reduce sound at the floor-to-door area. Neighbors were very loud waking us up several times. Security was called and promptly responded. Followed their word saying they would remove the guests if it happened a third time. Indeed, police were called and they were removed. The rest of the night was quiet. I would stay again for a short stay, but not an extended stay. Opinion would probably be better if not for the goofy situation. I would stay again. 4/5."

"Beautiful view and loved having a full-size fridge in the room. They had a different breakfast every morning, which was nice- I want to get a quick start to the day. Shower is very powerful."

"The location is great, especially if you take public transportation. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance. The room was spacious. The hotel is older but well maintained. We had a late train departure and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we did more sightseeing. Very accommodating. "

"This hotel was perfect for exploring Chicago! It's within walking distance to many attractions, sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was a hit with our kids and the full hot breakfast definitely helped us get the day started right. The room was spacious. It felt like a two-bedroom suite. An added bonus is happy hour each night where you get two free drinks! On top of that, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is probably where we will stay when we visit again!"

"Was a really nice hotel. My only concerns was the phones in the room didn’t work. No way to call front desk, front people weren’t super helpful and there was no microwave. Rooftop bar and room were excellent"

"The staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t offer to help us. We had to go up to see if he was ready to check us in. The shower curtain in room 612 kept sliding down and water was going all over the floor. Not enough towels for one night stay and had to ask multiple times for new towels. "
