"The hotel’s services need significant improvement compared to other hotels in Tunisia. Overall, the service level is only acceptable at best. I was also warned by staff to be cautious about theft in the rooms, which was concerning. Additionally, the food provided by the hotel was below standard."

"Rooms were clean, fresh bedding and towels every day, all staff were lovely and welcoming. Choice of an indoor and outdoor pool with also the beach with access from the hotel. Good selection of food, plenty of activities and entertainment"

"The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions were a little basic, but the amenities made up for it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner buffet was amazing! My favorite part of the hotel by far."
