Séjour très décevant. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles. Je regrette. Chambres sales. Etat de la salle de bain déplorable. Service inhumain. La cuisine est digne de 2 étoiles au mieux.

Let's start with the good. - Staff were great, friendly, helpful, especially in the dining room. - If you want to stay in Yasmine Hammamet the location is good. 5/10 minutes walk from the marina and beaches. - It's good value for money. I got 11 nights for under £200 minus tourist taxes. If you're on a budget you could do worse. -There was probably just enough going on to keep you entertained. The bad - It's so loud inside. Doors that bang, stone floors that echo every sound. You can hear the room above getting out of bed. You can hear every song that plays in the bar. - Our room key failed to work at least 5 or 6 nights. This meant trekking back down to the reception to get it sorted, sometimes twice before it would work. - We figured out beds were just being made and not being washed. I don't mind my sheets not being washed every day, but we kept seeing the same stains in the same places. Housekeeping were friendly and I presume they're just following orders. - There were ants in the bathroom. Started with just one, by the last day I counted 20+. I don't mind ants but some might. - A lot of the lights in hallways weren't working so we had to use our phones to light our way on some occasions. It sounds like we must have had a terrible experience, but it was alright. If you just need somewhere cheapish and cheerful that you can sleep and spend your days exploring, it's fine. It's not the best that Hammamet has to offer but I'm certain it's not going to be the worst

Super hotel sauber und super service

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefûhlt,sehr sauber und top zimmer. Sehr freundlisches personnal.essen war gut. Unsere kindern 7 und 8 jahren alt haben sehr viel spass Mit den animateuren.super empfang. Kônnen wir nur weiter empfehlen. Es stimmt alles.

hotel bien situé la plage et à 20mn de marche

j'ai passé une semaine en demi pension le petit dej assez bien par contre le dîner pas terrible :( mis à part le vendredi très bon couscous tunisien au chandelle. .hôtel très bien situé pas loin de la ville (port marina, cartage land, ...) une belle piscine , pas de frigo pas de télé ds la chambre tout et payant :( mais bon j'ai passé une bonne semaine

Отдыхали с поддержкой, в 2016 году, отель хороший, чистый, еда. Отличная,анимация есть, развлекали с утра и до ночи, спасибо Твистеру.было весело. На территории отеля есть открытый бассейн для взрослых и детей, и крытый. Тренажерный зал, спа процедуры.персонал приветливый. Пляж с хорошим песком, идти до него максимум 10 минут( это с остановками на фотосъёмку) на пляже шезлонги(бесплатно) душ,туалет, есть бар но платный. Также есть спасатель. Заход в море хороший, сначала мелковато(но это хорошо для детишек) чуть пройтись и взрослым раздолье в плавании. Рядом с отелем много магазинов, кафешек, набережная.

Juste horrible. Chambre dans tres sale. Service catastrophique, nourriture pas bonne, s'il y a un chef dans la cuisine faudra verifier son diplome.

Was an overall pleasant stay. After booking with your site We were unaware that you must present a marriage certificate if you are with a Tunisian man. so we ended up having to pay for two rooms . The breakfast and supper buffets were beyond our expectations! amazing food ! There animation show at night was very good . I was chosen to be a part of their show . I would recommend this hotel .it was clean and the staff were kind .
