Wow an interesting visit to say the least. Hotel was good, pool area and bar was much needed. Rooms are decent, but you will come to learn at the hotel that 5 minutes means 2 hours (towels, fixing items etc.)
Reception staff, manager and animation team were amazing! So welcoming, and kind made our holiday special

unplanned trip
Booked a superior room but wasnt available until the next day. They helped move us to the correct room. Food was ok, pool area was nice and our bed was comfortable. Just had ants in the room. staff was nice, but none went out of their way to make use feel welcomed
The staff were very friendly, in particular Joe the entertainment guy.
Very very disappointed that it does not state that it is a residential/care home, made us feel very uncomfortable as they would sit and stare and point whilst unattended and when they were attended to we didn’t want to be relaxing by the pool whilst the elderly would be pushed around in wheelchairs by the nurses, due to this property been a care home we feel that the entertainment was very poor, we also feel very unhappy to say the least that it does not state that it’s a care home/ residential home and everything was mediocre until other guests arrived and they complained and then things changed a little bit but should’ve been like that from the start, would not recommend this hotel to anybody, we feel like we have been mi-sold with this “hotel” and with this been the case I would like someone to contact me back about some sort of reimbursement.
Many thanks
Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open to serve snacks and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the family room is also all inclusive: tv, entertainment, bar, lots of couches to have smaller gatherings, smoking allowed, and the bar staff are very attentive except 1. Cleaning staff counts everything, and will take your towels away before your wake or shower (they don’t replace with clean towels) and not always supply toilet paper, plan accordingly that you will not take a shower until later in the day and not sleep in. The AC was the best in all my stays in Tunisia, and the bed was super comfortable. The rooms are non-smoking. Otherwise, it was a great property.

6/10 - Wasnt the best but wasnt the worst
The hotel was really big with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. A spa downstairs, an area for shisha. Lobby with a bar and the dining area.
Overall, my experience was 6 out of 10.
I asked for a balcony view. I was given one (room 205), the balcony view had just trees and bushes and a back road you can just see. I couldnt sit on the balcony or leave the door open as the insects and mosquitos kept coming in. Additionally, the air con doesnt work in any room of the hotels (i had family who had other rooms), so it did get warm in the rooms.
I also found an insect, caterpillar type near my pillow, i just removed it, dusted the bed as i know it would've come through the balcony and didnt complain about it.
The next day, i tried to shower and the shower was broken, quite frustrating as I was already in the shower and had to use the tap to wash myself. I reported it and was fixed a bit later.
I asked one of the cleaners - no cleaner speaks english and only french. Challenging to communicate. I asked for an iron, the lady said she will iron my tops and bring it back. She did but also gave me a receipt to go pay at reception. I expected the use of an iron to be free.
The breakfast, lunch, dinner wasnt too bad but most of the food was french cuisines and some didnt have much taste, a bit bland and the same options on most nights.
Free drinks at the bar and juices was good and the lounge area was nice to relax in.
You will get people trying to sell you excursions at the hotel.
