"The hotel was charming, located on the outskirts of the old town. The room came with all the amenities and was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the morning breakfast was abundant and delicious - would recommend staying here "
"Great place. Very modern, super clean and a block away from Old Town and 3 blocks from the waterfront.
Extremely well run. Elakati's people have that extra touch of style, grace and heart which makes all the difference."
"The hotel is in the heart of the new town in Rhodes and close to all the parts of the town you need. Plenty of restaurants and shops.

10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic property and staff. Would highly recommend. Fantastic quirky rooms, excellent air conditioning and cleanliness. The staff were fabulous and the breakfasts were amazing. We would highly recommend a wine tasting with them as well. Outstanding accommodation in the middle of Rhodes medieval town. "
"Stayed in five star hotels in many countries and l think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff are wonderful. Stayed 3 weeks and loved it. Don’t usually leave reviews but this was exceptional service all round. "
"Lovely place to stay in the heart of the Old Town. Breakfast menu selection was great. Staff were very helpful.
Would recommend and hope to be back again! "
"Exceptional service from this family-owned hotel - warm, very friendly and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with an impressive variety of options. Located right in the old town centre, it's the perfect base for exploring Rhodes."
"Great location, very walkable. Very kind, helpful staff. George was amazing, he took the time to contact us before we arrived and helped us plan all our activities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and excellent coffee. The property is very nice and comfortable, tucked in a quiet corner and still within an easy walk to all the attractions in Old Town, walkable to New Town and Elli Beach. I travelled with my two school aged kids and saw other families with kids at the hotel. I’d recommend it to families with kids, or couples, or people traveling solo. We had a great experience. "
"We have loved staying at Mitsis Petit Palais. The staff were very nice, the rooms are clean, and the location in Rhodes was amazing to walk around or book activites! I highly recommend the hotel!"
"Great location that is close to everything but tucked away so it’s not loud at night. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Our favorite hotel during our trip to Greece and would definitely come to stay again! The common areas and rooms are decorated nicely. The breakfast had tons of options. Everyday they had the basics with different eggs and meats but sweet and savory pastries, dishes etc. would change daily. There are 2 elevators that are little larger in size compared to other ones I have seen in Europe. Housekeeping comes daily also. "
