The main floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with full-sized bed, and a newly renovated full bath. Upstairs is a private king-sized bedroom with full bathroom, as well as a queen-sized bed in the loft. Downstairs offers a large bar, TV/sitting room, large card/game table, a fold down double murphy bed and a pullout single bed. At Bear Pause Retreat, you can have some fun creating your own culinary masterpieces with the extra-large, brand new propane/charcoal grill (propane provided) – or gourmet kitchen . At night, there is both an outdoor firepit or indoor gas fireplace to enjoy. The Hideout offers the following amenities for rental guests: Gym, pool (in season), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, golf course, putt-putt course, private ski hill. You'll also be a short drive from Historic Hawley and Honesdale. There you can enjoy the day on the water via public boat launches or boat rentals or eat at one of many restaurants in town. We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen. Below are more specifics on the house, Hideout Community, and booking information: ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings. All forms and docs should be filled out at least 5 business days in advance of the rental and within 36 hours of your booking or the community will assess a $100 fee. Up to 7 amenity badges are provided during your stay. Absolutely no more than 7 people and 3 cars are allowed on the lot. No other guests can visit the Lot while you are there. All names and ages must be registered on the application when submitted. HOUSE RULES Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors. Well behaved dogs under 30lbs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children. Please note guests must fill out a rental agreement and rental form with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking. Parking limited to 3 cars, NO RVs. Amenities are nice! Very quiet area for relaxing and giving yourself much needed peace of mind from everyday stress. The weather wasn't the best when we were there, but we still got in some fishing time and walks on trails. Also went to different small towns for day trips and went to museums, parks and antique shops! C.J. was wonderful and helpful with our stay at bear pause cabin! ##### sarah z. Cabin was well-appointed with everything we needed for a weekend stay in the Fall. The kids loved the loft sleeping area. ##### John B. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and cozy! The bed was comfortable and the rain shower in the downstairs bath was fantastic!
