My stay at Azura was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I was genuinely pleased with everything—from the beautiful property and stunning surroundings to the cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience feel effortless and special. A special thank you to management and front desk for their phenomenal hospitality and attention. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and the hotel provided the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and tranquility. I truly enjoyed my time at Azura and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy an exceptional stay. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Pool was beautiful, restaurant was good. Our room was in a very unpleasant location, We thought we were in the basement. Very musty smell, however the room was clean. I asked if the room a1/2 level above was vacant, and I was told no, yet no party ever occupied the room. We were under the impression this was a deluxe room, and when you look at your advertisement this was in no way that room. It was well below deluxe. I guess it is true, that any bookings through Expedia are blocks of less desirable rooms, by our experience this is true. Also, it was advertised that a water shuttle was available from the hotel to Hamilton across the bay, this is not true, the boat ceased running well before we got to the hotel. This was a draw for us and not being in service disappointed us. Even though they had a shuttle car, which was very good, we were disappointed.

"We had a nice time staying at Grotto Bay. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of water activities available and the cave swimming was pretty cool. There were bus stops right outside the property for easy bus travel. We booked an island tour through the hotel and had a great time."
