Very clean, excellent communication for allowing a later check in.

Our stay here was incredible. Romantic and relaxing. This place offers a little slice of paradise to unwind in. The location is secluded and spectacular. (Note you do need to book a transfer from Hamilton Island Airport, either two boats or via a 5 min helicopter flight - which is a lovely way to see the islands!) The staff are all fantastic, a big thank you to Alice and the entire team. They are caring, attentive (no request was too hard) whilst ensuring you also have your space.

I had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach resort. It is a beautiful location. I had a beach villa and it was clean and had a really comfy bed and a hammock on the deck. The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming and the food in the restaurant for dinner was great - the steak was fabulous and I had a special fish risotto which was lovely. The resort seemed slightly understaffed and so the beach sunset bar was not open in the evening but it was a mere 2 minutes walk to the main bar which was no hardship. A truly lovely and relaxing stay with no tvs and no children. All my stress disappeared. Good for the soul! Breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be paid for but you rarely needed all three. There was sea kayacking and a lovely swing by the sea. You can walk on the island on the trails but you do need footwear (not thong/jandles/flipflops) for that. If you are after a relaxing trip, this is the place for you and the pool was nice. A tip - You can get a transfer from Hamilton Island directly but it is much cheaper to get a boat to and from Shute Harbour as a different option if you fly into Proserpine. If you are looking for tons of activities this is not for you, if you are looking for a beautiful and simple place to relax, this is it.

Wonderful location and pool areas. Cool snorkelling at Lovers Cove! Bathrooms needed a clean and could use some better menu options for the fussy youngsters

There was some confusion at times, but overall, it was a nice stay. We wish we had stayed longer. A small kitchen is available for cooking breakfast. The shower had good water pressure. The wallabies on the property were a lovely bonus to our stay. We would return and stay at Palm Bungalow.
