Maybe having allocated parks would be great for rooms as when we got back to our room the car parks were all taken so had to park further away from our room. Upstairs tenants were noisy banging around a lot at midnight but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room had everything, was comfortable and warm with town in walking distance which was great to get a feel of Raglan (such a beautiful place). Would definitely recommend and book again without hesitation. No heat pump, it was so hot when we were there the room was like a furnace when we got home in the late afternoon.
