Beautiful Beach
We had a wonderful stay! The house was nice and clean with comfortable beds. We visited Niagara Falls and this house was the perfect place the come back to and relax.

September Stay
Great cottage. Good sand beach. Premises were spotless. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. Stove works well. Efficient layout. There were four adults, and the four bedrooms fit our needs quite well. We definitely would recommend it.

Perfect long weekend
We enjoyed walking the beach and sitting by the fire at night. Niagara Falls is just a short, easy drive away. Definitely check out Smokin’ Buddha in Port Colbourne- delicious food in a chill atmosphere. We also cooked several meals in the cottage as they had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Our third time staying here, we love it. Cottage is comfortable, clean and has amazing views of the water. This might be the best beach in Canada. Lovely, clear, warm, sandy bottom, shallow, not too busy. Beautiful sunsets. We will be back next year!

Wonderful week
Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Long Beach. Entertaining friends and family was so easy in such comfortable surroundings. The younger kids had a blast learning to surf while the older folks loved long walks on the beach and afternoons by the water’s edge. Perfect place to relax and just enjoy being together. Our guests are already asking about next time.

A Lovely Week
Our recent stay at the cottage on Long Beach was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the surroundings. The interior of the cottage was immaculate, exuding a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into ensuring every detail was perfect for their guests. The furnishings were not only comfortable but also stylish, creating a charming and relaxing ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach access - it was just a short stroll away from the cottage. Long Beach lived up to its name, and we enjoyed walks along the shoreline, soaking in the picturesque sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. The owners were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were very responsive when we reached out to them. Overall, our stay at this cottage was a truly unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a picturesque setting, surrounded by nature's beauty and with all the comforts of home, this cottage is the perfect choice. We're already counting down the days until our next stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was fully equipped and in a beautiful location. The amenities were a wonderful bonus. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table and kayaks. The fire pit was also enjoyable! It was a quiet location but still close enough to get to Niagara Falls. Beautiful place!

PERFECT GETAWAY!
What a pleasure it was to step through the door to this lovely cottage on the water. Every need was thought of, right down to the candles. Specious main floor and the bedrooms were well appointed, beds were so comfortable we all had perfect sleeps especially with the sound of the waves. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

My friends and I have been going away on the May long weekend for over 25 years and we have rented cottages each year. This cottage is one of the best we stayed it. Hidden gem
Incredible private beachfront property with amazing views. Clean, comfortable, extremely well stocked with everything you need. Kids loved the campfire, kayaks, outdoor eating area, ping pong and other games. Adults loved the hot tub, well stocked kitchen and proximity to clean sandy beach. Easy communication with owner. Best cottage we've ever rented for 6 adults and 2 kids under 8...will definitely book again. Big bonus is the drive is so much easier than trekking up north on hwy 400!

Can’t wait to go back!
This was our second stay and we have already booked for the Thanksgiving weekend. This is a first for me, we usual never go back to the same spot as we enjoy adventure of something new. Not now, this place is perfect! The space, kitchen, beds, view, lake and the hot tub make you not want to leave. Only one slight hiccup, water pressure but the owners were on it so fast to try and resolve it. More then a 5 ⭐️ Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Perfect Getaway
We have just returned from our second visit to Sunset Beach House. It is such a wonderful place to stay. So clean and well cared for, and has everything you need (and more) to enjoy your stay on Lake Erie's best beach. The owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. A few changes and additions from last year show the owners' interest in creating a wonderful experience for their visitors. While we live within a 15 minute drive of the location we truly felt like we were a world away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

A bright and airy retreat.
We came up just at the beginning of winter and had an amazing time. The space is spotless, spacious and airy. The bedding is super comfy - really high quality sheets, pillows etc. Everything you need to stay comfortably is provided. The space has a lovely homey feel and stunning views. Enjoy your morning coffee by the water with a small fire going to stay toasty. Relax in the hot tub to unwind. Loved the small book selection in the upstairs bedroom. We'll definitely be back! Best cottage I have ever rented in Ontario! So well thought out. Everything you need to make your stay comfy and relaxed. The beds, awesome, the view mesmerizing, hot tub relaxing, the layout of space perfect! Then there’s the kitchen, a dream! Karen has thought of everything for the comfort of her guests and she’s quick to respond to your questions. Even better than described!
This cottage has it all-extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The stone patio area with firepit was well used while we were there and although it was too chilly to swim, the beach was clean and beautiful. The owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with the wifi after a storm and took care of it immediately. Cottage is decorated so nicely and we absolutely loved everything about it! Don’t hesitate at all about booking this cottage!

What a beautiful property in a stunning part of the world. The cottage is spacious and easily accommodated 8 adults comfortably. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and well organized. The beach is absolutely incredible. We had no idea it would be so pristine. Wonderful water for swimming (with ocean like gentle waves. Perfect Cottage experience!
We had an excellent cottage vacation and made lots of memories! The location is amazing with access to your own private beach. The hot tub, the garden (with a picnic table), and the patio area (with the fire pit) - all located between the cottage and the beach makes it perfect! Amazing lake views during the sunset and at night (moon-lit). Each and every detail has been taken care of inside the cottage with great quality products provided (i.e. towels, linen, utensils, ample cutlery, lots of board-games, shed full of beach/water items - kayaks etc). One suggestion: The path between the parking and the cottage can be made firmer/smoother to help carry stuff with ease on the cart. The cart provided surely helps but the distance is just a little too long and makes it slightly difficult to move everything. (may be we carried lots of our own stuff due to the current Covid-19 situation :-)). The owners (Karen) are very responsive and a delight to interact with. Overall a perfect vacation. We are already looking at the dates to plan for next year!

This was a perfect vacation property for our annual girls getaway. Growing up in the area we’ve always known what a great sandy beach Long Beach has to offer and so we were delighted to find a beautiful home there. Check in was easy. The place is precisely as advertised. Very clean, and obviously cared for by the owners. Bright comfortable furnishings, awesome mattresses sparkling clean hot tub, central air, laundry—everything you could want and need. Owners were very responsive to all inquiries. We had a wonderful weekend here! The cottage was beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean and everything was generously provided! We loved the hot tub even though we had a couple of chilly evenings. The view of the lake was wonderful. The kids loved the ping pong table. The beds were very comfortable. I would consider renting in the summer as well. This is one of the best cottages I have rented!

Family Christmas vacation We spent 5 days in the house. As stated by others, the view is breathtaking, with the opportunity to witness the sunset, different every day. The beach is right there, very easily accessible. We enjoyed the lay out of the house with a nice big open area as living room / dining room / kitchen with ample space for everyone to sit comfortably. The gouse is well equipped with plenty of kitchen ware and linens, it does feel like a real house, not just a rented place for vacation. I want to specifically mention the responsiveness of the owners, both before and during our stay. We would totally recommend this house, it is simply perfect for any season.

A group of 6 retired women had a perfect stay at this spacious , attractive & comfortable cottage on the best beach in the area! We hope to go back next year.
