Our room smelt moldy, and there were 3 bugs in the bathroom when we got there. Bed was not good. Staff were great.

The parking was very convenient, but what stood out was the very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate, but could’ve use another protein than just eggs.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Took an interest in my reason for coming to Brantford. Offered to help move my bags, if I needed, as I am a senior woman traveling alone. I had to change my reservations twice due to unforseen circumstances, and was treated kindly. Overall a great experience.

The room was spacious, immaculate and appeared to be recently renovated. Front staff/manager Samantha was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a bit sparse and it would have been nice to perhaps see a small selection of fruit.

Good stay, Hotel is dated, room could have used a make over, grout in bad shape in bathroom, was advised that room only gets serviced once every three days, felt like I was warned not to loose card key or I would get an extra charge (seriously you get them by the hundreds in bulk orders). Very limited items to choose from at breakfast, no fruit at all, very warm in breakfast area. Beds comfy and room was clean when we arrived.

While the rooms were dated and in need of a refresh, they were comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast room could have used an exhaust fan or some kind of venting as when we were there it was too humid.
