The Owner Nayem is the best property owner I have dealt with, I appreciate the suggestions and the few accommodations that he made for us. If you are a day person this property is great from all aspects it being close to Niagara falls and to Toronto ( 25 minutes to Niagara falls and an hour or so to Toronto) and to the cherry orchards, and other activities. However, if you are a day and night person, there is not much to do outside at night. There is no fire pit to make a bonfire, There is no outside lights, so basically you can't sit outside at night. The house is large but honesty a bit strange and not entirely what we expected. There were so many positive reviews we had high expectations. The good: the master suite is remodeled and very nice. The view is great. On the other hand: The downstairs had several locked rooms and seemed as if larger bedrooms were walled off. The lower bath needs to be remodeled but it’s not awful. Throughout the house the walls were in rough shape with lots of patches. Maybe they are painting? The kitchen is adequate but the fridge was missing a drawer and had a broken ice machine. The stove was missing a dial. Tv remotes were missing or didn’t have batteries. ##### Sarah C. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a great experience. The hot tub was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it. There was so much to do in the area that we were never bored. We came from the states to visit family. There were 11 of us, and we all fit comfortably! They even had a crib and jumper for the baby. Basement was fun for the kids with ping pong and air hockey etc. Niagara Falls only about 20 mins away and stores and restaurants close by. We weren't familiar with the area, but were able to door dash everything! The view was so beautiful, hot tub close to the house, house clean and stocked!
