"Warning..The Ventura hides behind their 48hr cancellation policy with no empathy for a guests situation. My husband had surgery in Hamilton & the standard time in hospital was 3 nights. Fortunately it went well so he was discharged after 2 nights. As soon as we were told he could go home a day early I called The Ventura from the hospital to say I would not need the following night. Their immediate reply was there would be no refund"

"how easy it was to apply on line for accommodation and check in someone was available to greet me as i came in late then given a door key and told where my room was. Room was very clean, the shower was one step up but found the stepping out a bit shaky. I enjoyed my breakfast and i didnt need to go far available right next door . Service was right on point."
