"I can’t say enough good things. The staff were so lovely. The property was beautiful. Worth staying just for the architectural details. The building is historical and feels like a step back in history. Every single staff member was fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave the area a 4 star is because we did witness a bag snatching in the coles on queen street. It is in a city so be aware of your surroundings. We walked to Southbank a few times and recommend it too. Overall, I loved this place!"

"I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety and was always fresh. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend . I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The Amora hotel was an excellent central location, walking distance to the Queen street mall, easy to get to all outer areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was excellent with all options, however the gym is too small and may be a good idea to redirect into a bigger space as i found it too cramped when 3 peopke were in there, and the outside pool would have been great if heated in winter. "This is a local establishment convenient to airport. Close to river trail and nice restaurants; as well as quaint shops and grocery stores. The building is aged, though maintained well. The kitchenette is a nice surprise. The downside is having to pay for cab to get here and back to airport since we have large luggage. Bus would be an option if we travelled light. They also let us store the luggage while we explored the area after check out. Pool is small, and the laundry machine did not work."

"The Restaurant Food was very enjoyable.5* for the Savoury Mince at Breakfast. The Prawn Linguini was very nice - a little oily but will be back for another serve. A relaxed atmosphere and tremendous staff. My room rather small had all the comforts found in hotel rooms. Small fridge was OK except full of minibar items which I never use in any hotel.Little tubs of milk are of a bygone era. There are better options. Very clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed nice hot showers."

"This area was really beneficial to stay in since it was by the night life, shopping areas, and good restaurants. Property felt safe due to having to have a key to enter the floor you stayed on. Room was very nice and spacious."
