Log cabin, 120 m², is located by a clear-watered lake Iso-Roine. The cabin is rented all year round. Cozy, fully equipped Oravanpesä offers you a pleasant holiday experience surrounded by nature. A large yard allows you many kinds of outdoor activities.

37 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, lake Iso-Roine 190 m (length 8 km, width 2 km), rocky beach, not suitable for small children, pier. There are steep stairs starting in front of the cabin to the pier. You can swim from the pier (there is a swimming ladder). Due to the rocky bottom, access for swimming from the beach is a bit challenging. The rowing boat is located within 100 m from the cabin. In the same radius, there is also a fine common sand beach (shared with neighboring cabins). The rowing boat is stored on the sand beach due to the rockiness of the beach.

Two-storey log cabin 1999, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, upstairs bedroom with 4 beds, sleeping loft with spreadable sofa bed, wood-heated sauna, washroom (WC and shower), covered porch, balcony.

The owner offers a hot tub for rent.

A charger for an electric car is available for an additional fee (in common use with the Karhunpesä cabin).


Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also weekend reservations).
