Unterkunft ist sauber und gut für 1-2 Nächte geeignet. Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption recht angemerkt und unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage nach zwei weiteren Kopfkissen wurde nach demonstrativem Augenrillen gefragt, ob wir denn keine Kissen in unseren Zimmern hätten. Ich bestätigte das, teilte aber gleichzeitig mit, dass uns die Kissen zu niedrig sind. Darauf qhin wurde erneut mit dem Augen gerollt und mitgeteilt, man schaue mal, ob man noch weitere Kissen „finden“ würde. Tatsächlich haben wir diese jedoch nicht mehr bekommen.

Freundlicher Empfang! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Perfekt für mich, da meine Freunde von hier aus schnell fußläufig erreichbar sind. U-Bahn mit dem Bus nur eine Station entfernt, Innenstadt dadurch gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Werde gern wieder buchen!

insgesamt zufrieden

ich habe leider ein zimmer im untergeschoss gemietet, fenster war ein kellerschacht, dass war nicht so schön und der zigarettenrauch der anderen zimmer ist reingezogen. würde wieder für einen kurzen aufenthalt kommen, allerdings mit balkon, in der kochnische gibt es keinerlei geschirr, vor allem besteck wäre hilfreich ,personal an der rezeption sehr nett, im frühstücksraum etwas muffig.

Seit dem Eigentümerwechsel hat sich das Hotel komplett negativ verändert. Das personal ist nicht freundlich, die Zimmer sind absolut dreckig! Die Toilette war dreckig, die Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt oder geleert, nach dem fertigen Zimmerwechsel war immer noch alles dreckig, dann kam jemand zum Nachbessern und hat mit dem gleichen Lappen, womit er vor unseren Augen das WC gereinigt hat, die dreckigen Zahnputzbecher sauber gemacht. Da fragt man sich schon, inwieweit das Zimmer allgemein gereinigt wurde. Nachdem wir das Hotel verlassen haben, war das Hotel nicht mal kulant und hat sich entschuldigt und lehnte die von Expedia angeforderte Stornierung ab. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert und nie wieder!

Sauber und modern, gut mit Auto erreichbar, freundlicher Empfang. In der Küche war kein Geschirr. Das sollte ordentlich bekannt gegeben werden, bei der Bestellung schon. Keine ruhige Lage, gleich an rauschenden Straßen.
