Walkable to St. Pauli and the Reeperbahn as well as the harbor. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Was really all we needed for a short stay in Hamburg. Didn’t have the breakfast buffet but it seemed quite popular with other guests. Front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if ever in Hamburg.

Fantastically comfortable

Fantastically comfortable bed and everything needed in the bedroom was there (but the towels could have been bigger!) Really liked the lobby “Star Bar” which meant we could grab a drink at anytime.

A staff member at the front desk ordered a cab for me, but didn't tell me where to wait. They didn't think of mentioning that important detail. The building's main entrance is at the back, but isn't labeled. The cab driver and I waited 15 minutes for each other. This is advice to the staff. Otherwise I loved the place.

Good hotel in a great location

The hotel is really good with an amazing location. The rooms were nice but no amenities (like no water, or water boiler, glass, etc). I would atleast expect a small bottle of water with a glass. But the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also nice with a very good shower. I loved the room and. I will definitely recommend it to business or leisure travel.

Great location; very small but pretty comfortable room; walking distance to everything; wish more signs and directions were in English, especially for the and in the parking garage. Address to navigate to the parking location is different from the hotel’s address, how to find their parking was not mentioned anywhere and remained a mystery until we called their front desk.

Air con didn’t work terrible nights sleep

Air con didn’t work I complained twice during stay and after stay too. The room was so hot I had to open window and the road outside was so noisy sirens etc I had little sleep. Customer service non existent

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bad Mini. Frühstück war gut , allerdings war der Frühstücksraum nicht so toll . Es war gleichzeitig der Barbereich. Man saß nicht gut und die Anzahl der Plätze war überschaubar. War man nicht früh genug dort , musste man warten bis ein Platz frei wurde .

Lage des Hotels und die Sauberkeit sind top. Aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Foyer sind für ein Frühstück nicht gut. In den Sesseln sitzt man sehr tief, wodurch es unbequem ist.

Vi havde en rigtigt godt ophold. Vi sov rigtig godt, der var stille og gode senge. Hotellet ligger centralt ift. havnen, rådhuset/centrum. Super morgenmad med stort udvalg, venlig og serviceminded personale. Eneste minus at der er mange mennesker til morgenmad, man skal være hurtig til at nappe en plads ellers er der vente tid.
