The staff has been very helpful and attentive at all times. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient, close to the tran situation and a commercial zone. Only 10-15 minutes away from downtown (Altstadt). Stay again if business travel brings me to Hamburg? Yes, definitely.

This place is a low budget hotel. I paid over 200 euros per night and it had zero amenities. Zero. Even the wifi was so bad that my phone only worked when it was off. So only stay here if it is in the 100 euro range. Then you cant complain about getting nothing.

Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen.Das Hotel hat meinen Ansprüchen in jeder Hinsicht entsprochen.Sehr freundliches Personal.Gut ausgebildet.Zimmer sauber.Ausstattung gut durchdacht.Ich hatte Frühstück gebucht.Auch dieses war völlig ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei.Über die hohe Parkgebühr in der Tiefgarage- 14 € pro Tag, sollte ev.mal nachgedacht werden. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel durch seine zentrale Lage- Nähe Einkaufsmeile, S und U Bahn, Parkanlage- sehr empfehlungswert.

Schönes schlichtes Hotel. In einer Seitenstraße kann man in der Regel kostenfrei das Auto abstellen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist ruhig, Straßenverkehr hört man kaum. Personal sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit gut. Kommen gern wieder.

Liegt günstig an der S- und U-Bahn. Im Frühstücksraum klebte der Boden an einem von drei Tagen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut. Das Personal war von einem älteren Mann abgesehen sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist befriedigend.
