    Die im Jahre 2023 kernsanierte Ferienwohnung mit ca 70qm befindet sich direkt an einem Rad-/Wanderweg.
    Auch die Elbe ist mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, DM eine Eisdiele uvm. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

    Der ca 33km lange Wanderweg Ist ideal
    für Fahrradtour, sowie Wandertouren durch ein riesiges Naturschutzgebiet, den Kirchwerder Wiesen.

Very good stay, appartment in vey good condition and equipped with everything to guarantee all comfort needed. Hamburg good to visit with nearby public transit.We did have a wonderfull time.

Schöne helle Wohnung mit viel Freifläche, stilvoll eingerichtet unter Einbeziehung der Balken, modernste Möbel und elektrische Geräte (Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Klimaanlage). Fast alle Fenster mit Schallschutz, professionellem Mückenschutz und Jalousien, großer Balkon. Ruhige Lage im Grünen, gelegentlich etwas Gewerbe in der Nachbarschaft. Nette hilfsbereite Nachbarn und Vermieter. Bequemes Bett, 1,40 m breit. Große, fast ebene Dusche. Aber leider kein Whirlpool. Rewe, DM, Apotheke u.a. gegenüber. Bushaltestelle: 1h bis Hamburg, oder 20 min. bis Bergedorf. Super ausgebaute Radwege mit wenig Verkehr (Marschbahndämme, Elbradwege) in alle Richtungen. Viel individueller Bio-Gartenbau und Landwirtschaft. Liebevoll restaurierte Häuser und gepflegte Gärten.
