For the price and comfort, I will not stay there again. This hotel is convenient because it is close to a train station. Personnel was nice but not trained enough or at all in customer service. The room was clean.

The most disgusting, dusty, mold infused room. The room smelled disgusting, old and like it hadn’t had fresh air some time. There was no staff at all - not when we checked in at night or in the morning when we left. I have never experienced a hotel of such low quality before. Luckily, we were only staying for one night. I believe it would be a serious health issue if you had to stay for several nights.

Too bad for the hotel that heating can not be turned down in the room. They would save costs and energy if that was possible. Instead, I had to have the window open all night, letting out the heat that the radiator was generating.

Bett war sauber, das Bad runter gekommen! Es gab kein Personal, was dazu geführt hat, das sich einige Gäste wie die sau benommen haben und man nichts dagegen machen konnte. Das würden in der Nacht um 02:00 rumgebrüllt, an Türen geklopft etc pp

Hotelværelset var dårligt vedligeholdt. Brusestangen blev ved med at falde ned, når man var i bad løb vandet ud af badeværelsesdøren og ud på gulvtæppet i værelset. Der var huller i håndklæderne. Der var brune pletter på størrelse med krus på det blå gulvtæppe. Der var meget lydt, så man kunne høre alt der skete på gangen, samt når andre tastede deres koder på dørene for at komme ind på værelserne. Der var ingen personale, men man tjekkede ind via en kode, som fungerede fint. Det var meget svært at finde parkering, så vi parkerede i et parkeringshus 750m væk.
