"The property is wonderful with a great facilities!!! The villa was very clean, sofa bed was ready and the bed was very comfortable. AC or fan is in the rooms which is I founded very convenient.
Beach towels are provided, so you don’t have to take from home. Bathroom is very clean, plenty of branded toiletries (smells amazing). I was missing a shower cap only (if you don’t want to get your hair wet under the shower, as sometimes you have to take few during the day). Towels are fresh and soft,...

"Our group had a fantastic stay at neam tree, everything from the beautiful hospitality, amazing food and fabulous location being so close to yala. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a stay near yala. "

"Family were beautiful and accommodating
The house is great and perfect for a long term stay
Shops a restaurants are around a 15 minute walk away but once you start walking you are likely to walk pas a free tuk tuk you can jump in
I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and it was perfect
Pool is great, house facilities are great. Highly recommend "

"Room was clean when we arrived but a lot of bull ants in there, we had to spray insect repellent everyday to keep them out.
Manager kept asking about payment for 2 rooms that were booked December 25 and fully paid for, there were 4 of us and I had booked rooms above the pool, we were the only people there but we were given different rooms because the staff had the pool view room.
We only had breakfast and it was cooked fresh, which was good. There were no soft drinks available only beer, it...
