A little older than some of the other business hotels, but I find this the best. Has a lot of good free toiletries, larger rooms and good desk space in your room to work. Best of all AC worked with no smell

A newish 3-star hotel that's absolutely clean throughout, with room sizes adequate for what is a businessman's hotel. The inexpensive breakfast buffet sports both Japanese and western fare, and I noted it attracts even non-guests off the street. The check-in staff speaks rather good English, though the TV selections in the room seemed to be Japanese-language only. No problem with the wi-fi, and the automated check-out was high tech.

部屋の広さや清潔さ、フットマッサージ機までついていて、快適に過ごせました。 ただ、モーニングビュッフェはお盆中ということもあり、混雑していてゆっくり過ごせませんでした。また食事中の札を置いたにも関わらず、食事を取って戻ってきたら、他の方が座っていて。。。その方に聞いたら札は置いてなかったとのこと。不思議です。

設備がとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。特に、部屋に携帯の充電器が用意されているサービスが便利で助かりました。 また、朝食は「浜松で一番を目指す」という宣言通り、バイキングのメニューがとても豊富で、どれも美味しく大満足でした。スタッフの方々も丁寧で、気持ちよく食事を楽しめました。 このホテルを利用する方は、ぜひ朝食付きプランを選ぶことをおすすめします。

受付が研修中で、課題はあったのですが、それ以外は大満足です。施設も綺麗でした。浜名駅からは遠いのですが、浜松城が近くて、早朝観光には適しています。朝食が非常に美味しく、品数も多く、地元の名物が食べられて大満足でした。
