The floor plan is a little odd and there are a lot of stairs. They could use a little more comfy seating in the large beautiful living room, but other than that, we had few complaints. This home and the location is beautiful. You can see and hear the ocean from the house. It was excellent for our group of 10 people. The one thing that would have made it perfect would be if there was a bathroom on the second floor. Both bathrooms are on the main floor of the house, which meant the 4 people staying upstairs had to use the one shared bathroom with those staying on the main floor. The second bathroom is an en-suite in the master bedroom. This didn’t bother us too much since we were only there for 2 nights, it could be tricky for so many people sharing a bathroom if this was a longer stay.
