Great clean hotel while traveling down 101. Great staff. Pub right next door if it’s a long day and don’t feel like going much further for dinner. Rooms are clean and modern. Very comfortable king bed. No coastal access in walking distance from the property or surrounding areas if that is a preference. Great place.

We stayed for two night 19 and 20th Jan night. We booked two room. One room in the name of Saxena Smita and other room in the name of Satsangi Rashmi.There was no power in hotel from 5 PM to next 5 AM in the night of 20th Jan. It was total darkness in rooms and hotel. There was no standby generator.We couldn’t sleep at all in night. It was terrible experience. Please compensate us appropriately.

We’ve stayed here before with our pet. Place is ok and location is ok. However, they need to make some improvements or just maintenance. Door lock wouldn’t lock ( very loose or broken), the tv remote wasn’t working and stuck on PBS channel. Power outage during our last night after celebrating my birthday. Thr generator was super loud, we had to ask for flashlights to see where we were going. NO HOT WATER available to shower with or even just wash up. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! 😞 PGE didn’t get any reported power outages in the area last night (I checked), so, not sure why the property had no electricity. We stayed 2 nights, but least 1 night should be refunded for the horrible experience.

The property is new and nice, the room was very clean and the breakfast attendant and room service personnel were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the same doesn't go for the front desk at check in time. The person was rude and we waited a long time to be checked in. She stated that we need to wait because a TV was broken in a room and she had to deal with that first.

This is my go to spot in Half Moon Bay. The rooms are nice. Love the fireplace in the suites, especially in the winter months. And the breakfast is more substantial than a standard continental breakfast.
