"This is basically a top dollar hotel at an inexpensive price for what you get. I just wanted to get a decent place to stay for the night at a fairly cheap price. The location was excellent and when I walked into the large room I was impressed. Granit counter tops on the dresser and the desk, a nice leather love seat in the corner of the room, and very clean. It had what looked like a nice breakfast setup with waffle makers, but I had to leave too early to eat. Very happy with my stay."

"The home is very spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the grill and fire pit was great. The furninshings and decor were nothing special, but certainly more than adequate and functional. This is a great house for a large group, and the location can't be beat, expecially if you have dogs. Our two dogs loved the beach, and while it's technically not an off-leash beach, it was pretty empty and the few dogs there were all off leasch with no issues. The nearby (like 200 yards) Miramar Beach Restaurant was very good and couldn't be more convenient. We'd rent it again, for sure."

"Incredible home with peaceful vibes; super-clean; host extremely responsive to my questions and help for the booking process. Rooftop deck a GEM! I did not see this in the listing, but a lift (elevator) goes from the 1st to the 3rd floor which was super advantageous for my special-needs grandson who spent 3 days with us during our stay. Location is tremendous - trails and close top-tier restaurants nearby. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We were walking distance to the beach and conveniently located just a short drive to cute downtown Half Moon Bay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 11 day stay. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the separation between the bedrooms and living area. I loved the open living space, dining area, living room and large kitchen which made cooking while still chatting with my husband and our friend quite easy. The fireplace was a nice feature that quickly took the chill off on the cooler evenings. The backyard was private. It was nice to have the deck and gas firepit for enjoying the outdoors. We love grilling so having the gas grill available is always a plus. If you keep an eye out you might even catch some local wildlife. My husband caught a glimpse of a rabbit and we both were so excited about watching two great horned owls hooting away on one of the trees surrounding the property. The host was super nice and quite responsive. We would definitely stay again in a return visit to Half Moon Bay! Highly recommend."

"We had a happy time staying in this villa house. It is comfortable and clean. The location is excellent! There are a couple of comments I’d like to share with the owner and management company: 1) The lock of the entry door had some issue to lock outside of the house. Need to try multiple times to lock it. 2) it is good to have private entry to each floor. But, I hope it make it clear in the description the apartment is at the second floor. There are possibly people upstairs and at the first floor. The balcony at the top is only for penthouse. Overall, we had a good time. Thanks! PTW. I wrote this note only to be shared with the owner and managing company."
