"The shower didn't have any mold, the building looked very well-maintained, there was a nice pool, and the new restaurant attached to the hotel made fantastic breakfasts (you have to order and pay for meals). The kitchenette had pots/pans and dish soap too. There are two grocery stores nearby so that was great."

"I had a mixed experience, I stayed for 10 days and mostly the experience was excellent. On the weekend there was a few traveling hockey teams and they were very loud, both in the halls and my room overlooked the courtyard. The cleaning crew missed cleaning my room one day but it was ok… Dave at the front desk was spectacular! He was very responsive about the room cleaning and understanding when I complained about the noisy wedding party that went on til the wee hours on Saturday night. Nillah in the restaurant knew my routine immediately and as soon as I walked in the door each evening he had my tea ready and waiting. I appreciated his kindness and hospitality."
Extend your summer-few September dates remain. Sleeps 6, beachfront pets ok!

"A friend and I were in town to visit Grand Lodge across from the hotel. We have a room with two queen beds. The room was very clean with plenty of towels soap and shampoo etc. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The pool and gym are well kept as well. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Hamilton."
