OWNERの旅行オプションとして重宝しています。前回は河口湖駅前を利用してよい印象を持ったので、今回はこちらを試しました。今回の期待していた点は、浴室にある温泉と庭の足湯。いつ何時に入っても快適な温度だった点は極めて満足。当日は雨がシトシト滴る肌寒い日だったのでこれは良かったです。現地に滞在して初めてわかった事。駐車場がややタイトである事。交通量の多い坂道に位置する入り口から、部屋番号指定のスペースに駐車するのは複数回の切り返しを求められます。路面が土で雨降りの日だったので舗装してくれていると有り難いと思います。ですが、全体的には満足です。今後も利用すると思います。 思いました。備え付けの消臭剤を室内全体に撒きましたがなかなか匂いは消えませんでした。結局は自分たちもホットプレートで焼き肉をするので気にするのはやめようと諦めました。でも私たちが食べ終わっても来た時のようなひどい匂いは残りませんでした。 私たちは家族４人でみんな大人なのでペットも一緒で楽しく過ごせました。 ２階にある温泉はとてもお湯が良くてみんなが何回も入りました。 設備はきれいで使いやすかったです。 足湯は雨で使えませんでした。 ぜひお願いしたいのが足湯が雨でも使えるように屋根を付けて欲しいという事と焼き肉を部屋でするときにエアコンを消してもらいテーブルクロスのような敷物を用意して使うように決めて欲しいです。 匂いと足湯が残念な以外はとても良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。 ##### なつめ109 This review comes from a 犬を連れて家族4人で滞在しました。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、プロジェクターやプラネタリウムなども楽しめました。新しくお洒落なおうちに遊びに来たようで、すごくよかったです。 部屋から直結の庭にはちょっとしたブランコやスラックラインのような物がありました。今回は冬でとても寒かったのであまり活用しなかったですが、夏には庭でビールを飲んだりと楽しそう。犬がすぐに外に出られるのも良かったです。足湯はぬるかったのでほとんどは入りませんでした。備え付けの温泉浴室がすごく気持ちよかったです。 パスワードとタブレットを使用したチェックインもスムーズでした。 Dec 2021 #### 1泊2日で利用、以下感想です 1泊2日で利用、以下感想です。 （気になった点） ・入室時、1階窓が1つだけ施錠されておらずセキュリティーが心配になった。 ・ハウスマニュアル最初ページのアトモフが何か分からず、問い合わせても不明（デジタル窓？南館には無いのかも。ならばマニュアルに載せなくていいのでは？） ・手すり下のアクリル板が全て（拭き跡？）汚れていた。 ・「温泉掛け流しなので栓を抜かないで」とのことだが理由不明だった。加温加水の記載があり水質も温泉っぽさはなく、温水掛け流しの意味かも？と思った。 ・掘りごたつテーブル下が寒かった。 ・ペット用ボウルが小型犬には大き過ぎ、台も高すぎた。 ・キッチン床下収納がよく歩く位置の為ギシギシ音あり。 ・ヨギボーに残置のペットの毛を取りたかったがコロコロ粘着シート無し。
