I love the hotel very beautiful nice. the only problem I had with the hotel is that they did not have blankets. I stayed there from Thursday to Sunday. On Thursday night I asked for two blankets they gave me one on Friday night, I never received the other one. The receptionist she was very nice very helpful.

I spent 7 nights at Marriott of Port au Prince, Haiti for my birthday and the stay was good. The staffs were welcoming but a little bit slow and seemed inexperienced. The restaurant is very pricey and they charge service fee on everything, which made it hard for me to tip the servers. Housekeeping was terrible, on arrival the bathroom smelled just like pee, on many occasions I had to call front desk to get towels because housekeeping left no towels for us to use. Otherwise, the stay was good.

The service was excellent from start to finish. FanFan the door man/Bell man was very pleasant and courteous. he went out of his way to give excellent service and to take care of us from the day we arrived. Rachelle at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. She always had a smile on her face the minute we walk into the lobby. Tuledo at the bar made us feel welcome and showed us kindness and hospitality every evening, whether he was working in the Lobby bar or the second floor bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Haiti

I spent an amazing time there, the front desk staffs were excellent the doormen were so kind and the place was clean I gave them the perfect score. At anytime I want to go to Haiti it will be my place to stay.

Perfect location for me free and secured parking room was very clean staff spoke English and was very pleasant and helpful from the door men the room cleaning parking security very professional and welcoming. Working ATM, Power was on I will definitely return from beginning to end I felt welcomed and confident any concerns I have would be top priority but I never had anything to complain about

They're make you feel like you home. Front desk have 2 very nice girl Myriame and another one both are so sweet and helpful. The ppls from the housekeeping doing an amazing job every single days. nicely, respectful and friendly. Only thing i didn't like was for the restaurant "le michel" on 2nd floor, they need to change the playlists and helping us to sales our beautiful haitien music. Thanks for all the good services😊😊😊

Nice hotel, great staff. 2 issues: Towels are not replaced immediately after cleaning the room, chef in charge was letting his guest/friend talk to the staff in very rude manner and without putting a stop to it.

Best Western - My spot when in Haiti
As always - I am thrilled to stay at Best Western - this is like my 4th or 5th time here.... I love the staff very inviting etc. The only feedback I would give is that - Towels are needed upon the cleaning of the room not 3 to 4 hours later - that would help very much!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my third time staying at this hotel and generally speaking, I find it to be very nice, comfortable and well located. I had a few minor issues in my room but they were addressed quickly so they’re not worth mentioning in detail. Also the front desk staff are wonderful!

My fiance and I had a great weekend at Best Western. The staff members are so nice but the only problem is one of the staff didnt want to give us pool towels, telling us we had 2 towels during the morning. Yes we went to the pool in the morning. The towels were so wet so we left them by the pool. So in my understanding, she wanted us to keep the wet towels if we r going to the pool in the afternoon. So we got off from the pool, and went to our room dripping water in the hallway,the elevator until we went back in our room

What Happened?
I really like Best Western...... However there have been some changes that sort of cramped my experience this time around. Whose idea was it to create a hookah lounge exclusive only to Hookah Smoking Guests.... I really enjoyed the complete open Air Bar - now it is a partial open Air Bar... Not only that during the day - the lounge is close to EMPTY - why not open it for Hotel Guests - why do we have to be treated as if we don't belong..... No more unlimited coffee in the Lobby - that was one of my favorites - It is no more... I don't know - I feel that management needs to re-think the changes - and ensure changes appeal and include incentives to staying guests. Also in room 415- there is a rodent issue - I saw small roaches crawling 3 different times during my stay. Other than that I really like Best Western - but the changes were not appealing for me to return. By the way I miss Colin!!!

I had a wonderful experience in Haiti. The hotel is lovely, but it was keenly present that the workers were the Haitians and the managers were not. My suspension was confirmed when I sat for breakfast next to who was the management crew of people of south-east Asian descent (it was a Wednesday morning, two men (one wearing a chef coat, the other is casual morning attire--who had one of the waitstaff run up to his room to collect a bag--and one female (who was who spoke condescendingly to the waiter about what she ordered and did not receive). I was disturbed by how they talked or should I say belittled the staff. It was unbearable. I frequent Haiti often for work and have labored to find spaces that give directly too and who are managed by locals. Not to say that the folks of south-east Asian descent are not Haitian, but even if they were the disparaging class and racial treatment should not exist. The everyday treatment of staff says a great deal about an organization.

Custumer service was great. The door man Pierre was very friendly , nice , smile to the customer, always there .to me he should not be a door man. If that was my business pierre shoudl be at the cusyumet service area .
