Luxury Villa, with opt. heated, private pool near Legoland/Disney/Orlando

  • This lovely vacation villa with south-facing heated pool, enlarged sun deck and screen enclosure, is situated at Lake Pierce. Lots of privacy and beautiful quit nature. Within 6 minutes you'll find beautiful golf courses.

    Peace, space and playing the game of Golf combined with the entertainment Capital of the World Orlando within reach. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center and Legoland are only a short drive away!

    Our villa features four bedrooms including bonus room, two bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Also two bedrooms with shared bathroom. One queen bedroom, a twin room and a bonus room! Ideal for vacationing with two couples. Our villa is fully air-conditioned for your convenience and has three TV’s, within the living room the big 55' TV.

    The living area is open plan, bright and spacious. The kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, separate space with washer and dryer. The kitchen nook features a round table with four chairs and in the living area another table with six chairs.

    Outside in the back you will find a patio/lanai, a large, optional heated, pool and a spacious screened area surrounded by grass. Always sun or shadow to enjoy. A gas barbecue is present! The irrigation is hooked on a well so always a nice, green garden.
