"I had a wonderful day at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming from the staff. One of the staff members took me to my room, carry my luggage and also ensure that I was able to get room service to my room. They also have a complementary shuttle to the airport, which is amazing. The property is so nice and the food is delicious when I come back I will definitely be staying in this hotel."

The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "Lodge was nice. It’s older but they are doing their very best to maintain. Gardens and trees were mature. Pretty! Monkeys were fun to watch as they played and clambered through the trees. Food was good but limited options. Breakfast that was included was really good! Staff were kind and helpful. Shop was small, some souvenirs. Rooms were clean, some tiny and some much bigger even though we paid same rate 2 different stays (before and after our Kili climb). It met our needs for sure of a quiet place to rest before and after our climb. "

"The bathroom was dirty and not cared properly. I had to buy toilet-bowl cleaner to whiten the bowl.Hot water was so-so, either got it too cold or too hot The bathroom was badly done - when you take a shower the water splashes all over where the toilet and sink are. Judging by the poor breakfast , which I had only 4 times in my 2 weeks stay, I never had any meals at the hotel. Around the hotel there are reasonably priced restaurants for a good meal. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful but the hotel need a revamping big time. The air conditioning was okay. There was big gaping tear in one of the curtains which was not very nice. All in all my stay was okay but it could have been better."
