Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

I wouldn’t bother staying in any other hotel in Hanoi! These guys are by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at!! Mr Thomas is outstanding, all the staff are amazing! They couldn’t be more genuinely friendly if they tried!!

I had a wonderful stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team.
The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests.
I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition.
A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel!
