"It's Clean, it's reasonably close to the busier parts of HaiPhong, but....
And this is quite disappointing.
IF YOU BOOK HERE BE PREPARED FOR SOME TYPE OF EXTRA FEES TO SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY
We arrived & were told a story that the room that we booked had broken air-conditioning.
The lady said we would have to pay extra 120,000 dong for a different, bigger room for 4 nights, plus we must pay extra 30,000d for cleaning fees.
We showed our booking confirmation through Expedia which didn't mention...
